Returns and Tracking

At Posh Baby and Kids, we stand behind every product shipped from our facility and are committed to offering only the highest quality items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are valid within 15 business days from the date of delivery.
  • After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is covered by a damage claim submitted within the allowed timeframe.
  • Canadian customers: For orders in Canada, we recommend shopping at bentleytrike.ca to enjoy localized service, shipping, and return processing.


Return of Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost.

You may choose to:

  • Use our return label (the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund), or
  • Ship the product back using your preferred courier.

Important:

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.


Return of Opened Items

Opened items may be returned only if they are in resalable condition, with original packaging and all components included.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Return shipping costs will either be deducted from your refund or covered by you directly.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be deemed non-resalable and ineligible for refund.

Inspection Notice: Our team inspects all returned items. If a product is marked “Not Good to Sell” due to use, wear, or damage, the return will be rejected. If you want the rejected item returned to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.


Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.

To submit a damage claim:

  1. Contact us at sales@bentleytrike.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photo or video documentation of the damage.
  3. Do not ship the item back until instructed by our team.

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs. Claims reported after 15 days will no longer be eligible for refund or replacement, even if the item is unused.


Store Credit Option

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the courier (e.g., FedEx or UPS).
