Shipping and Delivery Policies

Posh Baby And Kids is committed to providing the best possible experience for all of our customers. As such, we take the complete process of delivering your products on time and in great condition very seriously.

We partner with some of the top freight companies such as UPS and Fed-Ex to deliver your products on time.

Where We Ship

Posh Baby And Kids currently ships throughout North America. Shipping is available to Canada and the Contiguous United States (excluding only Hawaii and Alaska).

For orders to Hawaii and Alaska in the United States, and Yukon or Northwest Territories in Canada we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees if necessary. The customer will be informed prior to the products being shipped and provided with the choice of paying extra for the service.

When We Ship

We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 days of confirming payment on each order. However, some delay may apply based on the availability of the product. Please check the product page to see if any lead times apply. If an order is out of stock and an order is received, the customer will be informed and provided with the option of a refund or being placed on the back order list.

How we ship

As previously mentioned we partner with major carriers like Fed Ex and UPS. All shipments come with a signature required service and tracking details are emailed for customers to follow in transit. Delivery

Freight and delivery lead times depend on your proximity to our shipping location. Most continental states in the US and Canada will receive your order within 7-10 business days.

If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but the customer has not received the package a claim on the recipient’s behalf will be filed. The investigation on the claim may take 2-3 weeks from the date of filling. The carrier will make a decision whether to approve or deny the claim. If approved we can either issue a replacement or a refund.

Posh Baby and Kids is not responsible for any delays caused in transit by the shipping companies. Weather related delays are out of the control of both Posh Baby and Kids and our affiliated shipping companies.
