If accepted by Posh Baby & Kids, this agreement will serve as a contract between the influencer (named in section 1 of this application) and Posh Baby & Kids. In accordance to this agreement the following will be accepted by both parties:

Creative Delivery: The Influencer will provide Bentley trike with the agreed upon content in the form of a social media post and high quality raw files transferred to Bentley Trike via email.

Creative Content: The Influencer will follow Bentley trike guidelines and create their content in accordance to the agreed upon parameters. These guidelines will include but are not limited to aesthetic, tone, quality, and plot.

The product being promoted in the content must remain the central focus of the creative. Therefore, any content where partial or entire product is cropped out of frame will not be accepted as a successful deliverable in accordance with this contract. The influencer will be required to redeliver.

Required Hashtags and Usernames (provided by Bentley Trike) must be present in all posts created under this agreement

Content Approval: Content must be approved by Bentley Trike prior to it being posted on social media. Bentley Trike retains the right to demand a reshoot if the final product does not comply with the required standards.

Creative Timeline: The influencer will post content agreed upon within the duration of 2 weeks from receiving the branded product. Sponsored content will remain visible for at least 6 months after date of publication.

Usage and Content ownership: Bentley Trike reserves the right to use the content created (in part and full) under this agreement in future advertisements for the product/company.

Failure of Delivery: If the influencer fails to deliver the agreed upon requirements, the product provided will need to be returned to Bentley Trike or paid in full by the influencer.
